It features a pool, fitness center, two fitness rooms,

modern locker rooms (lockers with electronic locks),

all facilities for your comfort.


POOL
.

“Calypso” pool containing 4 tracks, 25 meters length each.

The modern clearing system (including quartz clearing and ionization), Air conditioning, under-floor heating, energy-saving windows.Exquisite interior and background music.The pool is opened for you during seven days a week from 7 a.m. up to 10 p.m.Your residence time in the pool is 45 minutes.Lat attendance to the pool is at 9 p.m.There are permanently working instructors at the pool. If you wish they can give some individual classes on swimming or offer an consultation on the issue you are interested in.
There are also held water aerobics classes (2 times a week).Three groups are involved in the morning period and five groups are training in the evening. Water exercises for pregnant women “Aquamama” are held for one group three times a week. Up-to-date equipment is used while the water aerobics classes performing: aquabelts, aquagloves, dumb-bells, swimming boards.Classes in water aerobics last for 50 minutes and carried out according to the schedule.

 

GYM
A modern gym with an area of 500 sq.km.
In the spacious room you can find cardio-vascular machines: race tracks, exercycles, ellipticals. The power line is represented by a complete set of cargo block simulators having free weights. The dumbbell line with weight from 1 to 60 kg .
The existence of various simulators gives a possibility to work out all the muscle groups not only for professional but also for beginners. Thanks to the modern air conditioning system you can do your training air comfortable conditions. While training on the cardio-vascular machines you’ll never be bored – you can enjoy watching your favorite videos on the monitors.
Experienced and sociable instructors will introduce you the equipment you need for individual training program. They also will give a piece of advice to determine the optimized sport mode.

ROOMS FOR RECREATIONAL FITNESS

There are two rooms for recreative gymnastics in the center. Spacious and comfortable of our sport complex are equipped with all the necessary tools for training in any kind of aerobics, Pilates and yogi.
60 minutes classes are held as scheduled three times a week.

We offer various training programs:

DANCE- Dance aerobics (funk, City Jam, hip-hop, Latino, jazz, modern, etc.) – choose the favorite musical stream and kill two birds with one stone: enjoy the music, dances and communication…

  • STEP - Medium intensity classes on the RREBOK step platforms. Except the basic exercises both step-dance moves and muscle-building exercises with bars are used. Step aerobics improves your body, especially surals, huckles and hunkers.
  • KIBO, COMBAT, KIK - Aerobics, boxing aerobics – complex training programs, based on the safe but effective moves – punches, kicks, borrowed from the martial arts: karate, boxing, kickboxing.
  • PUMP - The best training for maintaining the muscle tone, which burden enough a large muscles group. Bodybars (special sticks weighing 6 kg) are used while trainings.
  • GO-GO - Dance-improvization, dance club style. Bright, energetic, sexy moves assigned for stylish and beautiful girls who want to stand out. Attending mentioned classes you era going to distinguish dance styles, feel the music rhythm, move plastically and improvise.
  • STRIP PLASTICS - Brilliant classes for those who are eager to have a fill control over their body, move plastically and feel themselves confident. At the same time you may say good-bye to your extra calories, have a mental rest and bring your desires into reality.
  • STRIP STRETCHING - Develops fawnlike grace. The classes contain both choreographic elements and muscles stretching exercises. As a result circulation in your muscles is improved, they become more flexible, and the joints become more motile.
  • PORT DE BRAS - A modern stream in the recreational system. Well-balanced combination of classical choreography movements and Pilates elements will make your body graceful, slim and will definitely help to keep the feeling of youth for many years.
  • YOGI GYMNASTICS - It’s a unique tool for self-development aimed to improve all body systems. With a correct usage and exercise s election the gymnastic training becomes a deep meditative session.
  • PILATES - Various levels classes systems develop strength, muscles flexibility that stabilize the body. Carrying out specially chosen exercises gives a possibility to remove the spine stress and improves the body posture/ Pilates enables you to put together mind, body and breath.
  • SELF–DEFENCE - The activity is not meant for real men only, but also for modern women. Gorgeous fit, agility and confidence – the result of such trainings.
